A firm believer in perfection and hard work, Ramavtar Agarwal joined the family business at the age of 20, alongside graduate studies. Even while working efficiently, he studied intelligently to secure 4th position in the state of Rajasthan during his LL.B. finals. He managed building construction sites for almost 19 years before putting up a state-of-the-art, fully automatic, pneumatic 150 TPD Wheat Flour Mill – Alpha Industries Ltd., near Ahmedabad in 1989. Under his aegis, Alpha Industries crossed the turnover of Rs. 30 crores. His depth of knowledge in the subject propelled him at the helm of Gujarat Roller Flour Millers’ Association, Ahmedabad as President in just one year of starting the Flour Mill. He served for three terms as President from 1991-94. He was also elected as the President of Roller Flour Millers’ Federation of India, New Delhi – the only countrywide body to represent the industry, for two terms from 2001-03. He is CMD of Alpha Industries Ltd. and Founder Director of Radhey Impex Pvt. Ltd.

Divya Agarwal

B.Tech. (Construction Technology and Management) M.S. (Industrial Engg.) – Managing Director

His hard work and dedication saw him graduate from two premier institutes of India and the world – Nirma University, Ahmedabad and The Pennsylvania State University, USA with undergraduate and graduate degrees. Divya has over 15 years of experience in Building Construction business and Flour Milling Industry. He was the youngest member elected on the Managing Committees of Gujarat Roller Flour Millers’ Association, Ahmedabad and Roller Flour Millers’ Federation of India, New Delhi – the only countrywide body to represent the industry. Divya has also served as the President of Roller Flour Millers’ Federation of India, New Delhi in 2016-17 – representing close to 1,500 Flour Mills of the country. He is a Director at Alpha Industries Ltd. and Founder Director of Radhey Impex Pvt. Ltd.

Anurudh Kumar Sharma

B.E. (Chemical) – C.E.O.

He has more than 32 years of experience in the Welding Electrodes Industry under his belt and has the experience of setting up quite a few Welding Electrodes plants including Manohar Electrodes Pvt. Ltd. and Maxweld Engineers. He has worked in several reputed Electrodes Manufacturing units including D&H Secheron, ESAB, Manohar Electrodes Pvt. Ltd., Sundeep Electrodes, Rajdeep Electrodes, Modi Hi-Tech India Ltd., Kota Electrodes, Mittal Engineering Works, in various capacities – as Formulator in R&D section to AGM and GM, as also Executive Director.
Some of the companies that he has been a Technical Advisor to are: Advani Electrodes Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, Jain Electrodes Pvt. Ltd., Kota, Rani Electrodes Ltd., Faridabad, Rama Electrodes, Muzaffarnagar, Hi-Tech Electrodes Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, etc.
