DESCRIPTION

A medium heavy coated , Basic type, all position , hydrogen controlled electrodes producing a medium tensile and ductile weld metal for welding of heavy section in mild steel , medium tensile steels, difficult steels high in carbon , sulphur and cast steels. The electrodes is also suitable for steels of unknown compositions and for non machinable deposit on cast steel/ iron. The weld metal is highly resistant to cracking . Gives the Radiographic Quality weld.

APPLICATION

High carbon steel parts, high carbon steel to mild steels, low alloy steels, steel relatively high in sulphur, cast steel, steel of unknown composition. Typical application include coaches, ships, heavy duty structures, earthmoving machinery , rotatory kiln shells, grey cast iron parts etc.
